A New Year And Some New Rules!

The USGA has been working on changing some rules of the game in an effort to make it easier, or maybe faster to play, or maybe less confusing, or maybe they were just bored and wanted to screw around and confuse us.

Well, it worked. At least many of us are pretty confused. But not Jeff Smith! Oh, no sir. He knows what the changes will mean and can even give you some ideas on which ones will actually help you score much, much better.

Here’s a hint: take advantage of the “leave the pin in while putting” rule.
